As part of our team, you’ll:

• Lead complex, high-impact initiatives aligned with BTS principles—integrating demand, development, and service management for full lifecycle value delivery.

• Collaborate with business leaders, developers, and data-driven thinkers in a shared language and governance model that scales across functions.

• Apply both gate-based and agile sprint-based methods, combining clear planning with fast, effective execution.
• Help organizations shift from isolated IT initiatives to comprehensive, business-driven transformations, supported by AI and automation-ready capabilities.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

• 5+ years of experience leading business transformation and technology projects (ERP, CRM, ITSM, AI-powered automation, or similar).
• A proven track record of driving technology-enabled business change in a customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership skills, with excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall, etc.).
• Fluency in English and Polish
