Who are we looking for?
An experienced, business development-focused marketing specialist to strengthen Sofigate’s ServiceNow business in the Nordic and Central Europe regions. The role combines strategic marketing planning, hands-on campaign execution, and reputation building — with the aim of generating high-quality leads and enhancing Sofigate’s market position.
You’ll work closely with our sales, technical teams to plan and deliver marketing activities that directly support business growth in these target market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute business development-driven marketing campaigns tailored to the Nordic region.
- Lead generation and brand awareness initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Create sales support materials: presentations, proposals, case studies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce blogs, whitepapers, customer success stories
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and opportunities within SaaS and consulting
- Organize and support events, webinars, and campaigns — including joint activities with ServiceNow
- Apply for and manage partner marketing funding and report on outcomes (leads, engagement, ROI)
- Maintain an active social media presence and share marketing content
- Keep CRM prospect and customer data up to date and support reporting needs
- Act as the primary marketing contact for the ServiceNow business unit
- Reporting and share monthly marketing updates with CSMs and on bi-weekly sales meetings.
To sum it up, you’ll benefit from the following skills:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the IT industry, especially within ServiceNow or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience in business development marketing and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Nordic market is a strong advantage.
- Close to native written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media.
- Solid project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Advantage: CMS, SEO/SEM knowledge, and consulting industry familiarity.
