Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced professional, who works with C-level executives to lead strategic AI transformations.

As a Senior AI & Transformation Advisor you lead the integration of AI and data into business strategy, transformation programs, operating models and investment decisions. You act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and build business-driven AI roadmaps.

Your key responsibilities are to:

• Develop AI strategies and business renewal programs
• Act as a senior advisor and coach to executives on data and AI strategy and roadmap
• Plan and lead the development of large AI transformation programs generating real business impact
• Support sales and client development with strategic insights

What we expect from you:

• 8–10+ years in consulting, strategy, or transformation leadership
• Experience applying AI at the core of business operations and strategy
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English across technical and business domain
