Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for experienced technical consultants and architects, who lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and data solutions, and support business transformation through GenAI and AgenticAI.

As a Senior AI & Data Lead you help clients shape and scale their AI and data capabilities and work across the entire lifecycle—from plans to implementation. You also play a key role in both business development and solution delivery.

Your key responsibilities are to:

• Design and implement scalable GenAI and AgenticAI systems
• Provide deep technical consulting for enterprise AI adoption
• Build and deploy AI models
• Support presales and business development with proposals and solution approaches
• Act as a trusted advisor in AI-transformation programmes
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Develop internal capabilities in GenAI and AgenticAI

What we expect from you:

• 8+ years in data architecture, AI systems, or technical consulting
• Experience working with GenAI models and agent-based AI systemss
• Strong knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices
• Proven ability to lead client engagements successfully
• Bonus: Familiarity with, cloud platforms and / or core business platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow), technical presales, and enterprise transformation projects
• Strong communication skills in English. Finnish skills are considered an advantage.
