Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for AI Experience Designers who combine service design, UX, and AI to create human-centered intelligent systems.

Your role is to design AI-powered services and experiences that deliver measurable business impact. Acting as the bridge between business, technology, and users, you will collaborate with business consultants, technical developers, and AI experts to craft intelligent Agentic systems, services, and human+machine interactions that are both innovative and effective.

Your key responsibilities are to:

• Create AI-driven service concepts, re-design business-critical workflows in a human-centered manner and design visions for impactful AI-transformations.
• Co-create with clients to bring AI solutions from vision to execution
• Support sales with compelling design visions
• Develop design capabilities within the organization

What we expect from you:

• 8+ years in service design, UX, or strategic design roles
• Experience in AI/data-centric projects and cross-functional business collaboration
• Strong communication skills in English. Finnish skills are considered as an advantage
