We are looking for an experienced SIAM professional to join our extraordinary Service Integration Practice Team. In this role, you will work at the heart of complex and interesting customer environments and play a key role in shaping and improving their SIAM processes and ways of working. An ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in core SIAM processes (e.g. incident, problem, change, service request, configuration, knowledge, service level management)

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or other ITSM tools

• Experience in Service Management

• Experience in applying AI, analytics and/or process automation

• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, value-driven solutions

• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills

• A proactive, development-oriented mindset with the ambition to continuously evolve SIAM practices

• Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor while inspiring those around you

• We expect strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate fluently and effectively with both IT and business stakeholders in Finnish and English.
