We are now looking for a ServiceNow AI Developer/Architect to join our growing team. Sofigate’s AI team builds AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform for Nordic and European enterprise clients. We have delivered several GenAI solutions, AI-powered agents, and Now Assist solutions across industries ranging from manufacturing to telecommunications. We are looking for a developer who learns quickly and wants to grow into an architect role.

What you will do:

• Build GenAI applications, Now Assist solutions, and AI agents

• Implement LLM integrations, prompts, and AI Search solutions

• Automate customer processes using agent-based solutions

• Work with tools such as Flow Designer, Scripted REST, Python, Azure OpenAI, and Claude Code

• Learn from an experienced Lead Architect who has built solutions for some of the largest companies in the Nordics

What we expect from you:

• Interest in AI: personal projects, experiments, or demonstrated experience

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience across common modules

• Willingness and ability to build new solutions using GenAI and agent-based tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and motivation for independent learning

• Interest in understanding how technical solutions create value for customers

• Fluency in Finnish and English

We also value:

• Understanding of ServiceNow’s AI product suite (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Agents)

• Experience with agent-based development tools (e.g. Codex, Claude Code)

• Basic understanding of Azure OpenAI

• Ability to discuss technology at a business level
