We are expanding our footprint in Service management domain and are currently looking for experienced Service management professionals to join our extraordinary Service Integration unit. In this role, you will work at the heart of complex and interesting customer environments and play a key role in shaping the future of in AI enabled Service Management, IT processes and way of working. You’ll act as a trusted advisor for our customers and help them turn service management into real business value.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in core Service management and SIAM practices

• Hands-on experience with Service management platforms e.g. ServiceNow

• Experience and willingness in applying AI capabilities

• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, value-driven solutions

• Solid collaboration and communication skills

• Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor while inspiring those around you

We expect strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate fluently and effectively with both IT and business stakeholders in Finnish and English.
